Almost two years ago, I moved to another city and wanted to transfer my landline and Internet which Vodafone said they could. For 3 months without Internet and landline; the worst nightmare ever and everyday was a battle with them.

They were not able to provide their services even though they said they could. They still tried to bill me for this time. I ended up using a different provider which provided their services within 7 days. Now they are threatening me to proceed with legal actions.

Oh and when I first contracted them at my previous address it took 3-4 months, it turned out my Internet and landline went to another apartment. They billed me 2-3 months of that time.

Another nightmare with Vodafone! Unbelievable.
