Myself and Sarika belong to leading telecom companies, and we have respectable contact in telecom companies,

moreover we are educated and very well know how to defend our case through lawyers in Consumer courts,

We have proofs in email where we have requested the Disconnection of 9711918830,

We had clearly requested and also warned Vodafone that if VODAFONE DOES NOT CLOSE OUR CONNECTION AND PRESENTS WRONG BILL WE ARE FORCED TO FIGHT WITH VODAFONE.

We had clearly told vodafone appellate authority by speaking to your nodal officers Jatin and Sunita that We will not be paying any vodafone bill after closure on 26th march 2015,

vodafone reactivated our phone without our consent and approval,and before leaving india we had thrown our sim and also called up VODAFONE Complaints no 198 to intimate that why our phone was reactivated after we gave a clear closure request through emails and calls.

it was a clear case of Women harassment when Sarika was not given any help and so i stared speaking to your inhuman and bad behaving vodafone officers who deliberately lingered and harassed my wife..

i have numerous emails written to departement of TELCOM and Also TRAI for misbehavior and harassment which VODAFONE CAUSED to us..\we have used Vodafone connections since last 6 years and due to this bad experience,

we will like to close this ethically and pay only till 26th march,the phone if activated again on 28th march si mistake of vodafone and we have used 9711918830 in just calling vodafone executives and customer care nos to close the connections and give repeated requests and this caused us considerable agony that we hate Vodafone and will never our take vodafone connection ever in life not only in india but abroad.

THOUGH WE ARE OUT OF INDIA BUT WE WILL LIKE TO CLEAR THE CORRECT BILL (WHICH IS TILL 26TH MARCH ), THE LAST BILL IS INCORRECT AND MY CONNECTION SHOUDL AHVE BEEN CLOSED TILL 26TH MARCH, AND WHEN WE WILL COME BACK WE WILL NEVER EVER TAKE VODAFONE CONNECTION.\SHAME ON YOU CORPOARTE TEAM FOR TREATING CORPOARTE CUSTOMERS SO BADLY AND INETHICALLY.
