Not resolved

So, about 3 months ago I was advised by an Vodafone agent that my bill of £92 was cleared, a week later they disconnected me advising that bill wasn't paid, I disputed this for a while and eventually got this cleared from them. I then inquired how much it would cost to terminate my contract as the service received was absolutely disgusting.

And I was told £127 on a live chat session, for 2 weeks I spoke to about 7 different agents who were then telling me fees of £149-£160 (they clearly lack communication and ability to write notes on a persons file) Eventually after much hassle and stress I agreed to pay £136, which I'm really not happy about as this still wasn't the original amount agreed over the phone. Anyway I called to pay my bill 10 days ago, which I have done (where the agent was so incompetent he said I am in a pay as you go network; I signed my £35 a month contract with them in October 2010)... back to the bill, I today received an e-mail from them saying my bill is due!

This is an absolute joke of a company! I feel I'm owed something from them!

Monetary Loss: $266.
