Vodafone employees at Mokkattam branch , complaint department and customers service lied about presence of National Bank's instructions to photocopy customers ID's for payments over 1000LE.

while it is VF right to see my ID , they do not have the right to photocopy it with every payment.

For a couple of month , Vodafone Employees in different departments carried out a lie and series of actions to promote discriminatory and biased actions against me.Although i pay in average 3000 LE monthly.( simply because they couldnt undo the actions of the first employee that took this action simply to annoy me)

Trying to escape the actions of VF , i tried top pay bills online. only then i realized that VF do not offer receipts to online payments!

Vodafone Egypt actually protects employees and helps them take biased actions against customers.

This was not resolved and i moved my account to Monbinil , but it is just a testimony to dwindling customer service standards at VF.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of vodafone egypt billing department from Vodafone. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Vodafone to "better customer service standards".
