Telcoms are generally average at the best of times and with so much competition out there you would expect them to value a customer.

Voafone has the worst automated system that just takes you around in circles and once you do speak to someone it is an outsourced call to someone whom is clueless and only able to transfer you on (no different then their avatar that first speaks to you)

The frustration of dealing w/ this company and trying to actually contact a competent person is immense. I would highly recommend another provider when looking at mobile services

Vodafone Australia is complete rubbish!!!!!!!!
